A Security Deposit of $100.00 is required for all functions, to be returned to renter unless needed for damages.

For functions held between November 1st and March 31st an additional donation of $25.00 would be appreciated for heating costs.
Members and friends of the Church are expected to follow the Parking Plan.
All members and friends are expected to:
1. Clean before leaving the building. 2. Replace/return any furnishings that have been moved. 3. Take rubbish out. 4. Lock building, turn down heat, and turn off lights.
Alternatively, the Sexton can be hired for a fee of $50.00
1. All cars are to enter the facilities by black rod iron fence (near the “Unity Close” house to the left of the church) 2. Parking is available along the black iron fence and behind the Church. 3. Parked cars must NOT block the driveways on either side of the Church. 4. There is no parking on the front or side lawns of Unity Church at any time. 5. Cars should exit at the Holly House side of the driveway. 6. Parking in the driveway in front of the church is reserved for senior citizens. 7. It is the responsibility of the person holding the event to make sure that all guest abide by this parking outline. 8. If there are to be an excess of cars that need to be parked for your event, your guests can park on the street in front of the church. 9. If this event is large enough to warrant a parking attendant, it is the responsibility of the person holding the event to secure a police officer or a member of Unity Church for assistance.
